Grant application:

  • Writing and review of proposals, budgeting, administrative forms, set-up and coordinating consortia, grant agreement preparation, portal issues, negotiating consortium agreements and coordinating all tasks to be delivered on time;

Project Management:

  • Monitoring progress, monitoring proper decision-making, reporting, consortium management, organizing project meetings, financial and administrative management, amendments, liaison with Brussels;


  • Mapping funding opportunities and (re-)structure research support services, implementation and set-up of research policy;

MeSo Academy:

  • Training of staff, in-house trainings based on internal accounting principles, pick and mix program, open trainings. Our training program covers all aspects of research management and administration, from pre-award to post-award.
